Most job applicants want to know if the position they seek offers opportunity for advancement.

At Kimberly-Clark, the answer is a resounding, “Yes!”

We have a long history of promoting team members who show initiative and demonstrate our purpose of Better Care for a Better World.

Eduardo’s career in Costa Rica is a perfect example. In 1980, when he was 18 years old, Eduardo started work in a technical role at Scott Paper Company, which was later acquired by Kimberly-Clark.

Eduardo was eager to learn and enjoyed solving problems, which fueled steady career progress.

When he retired 41years later, Eduardo was the energy and electrical coordinator for Kimberly-Clark’s entire Latin American business.

He contributed to our ambitious sustainability goals by finding new ways to reduce energy consumption at our manufacturing facilities in Latin America.

In his final message to his colleagues, Eduardo encouraged them to embrace the challenges in their work.

"I always viewed challenges as an opportunity to grow and learn, and learning is a lifelong gift,” he said.

Eduardo positively impacted his colleagues, and we are grateful for his hard work and dedication.

He truly provided Better Care for a Better World. You can, too.

We’re looking for people like Eduardo — motivated, original thinkers who see challenges as opportunities and are eager to make a beneficial impact.
