That’s why Kimberly-Clark has again received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation's foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality.
What does that mean for employees? We maintain non-discrimination policies across the entire business and support equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ employees and their families, an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.

This designation recognizes that Kimberly-Clark fosters a safe and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ employees, noted its PRIDE Employee Resource Group chair Ryan Cretton. “As a gay employee at Kimberly-Clark, I am so proud to share where I work with others,” he said.
Treating everyone with respect is a core value at Kimberly-Clark, affirmed Rich Del Viscio, vice president and general manager, U.S. customer development, and executive sponsor of the Kimberly-Clark PRIDE Employee Resource Group.

This recognition is the latest in a series of workplace honors that the company has received.
