At our newest manufacturing facility in Sricity, India, the facility's leaders recognized that elevating women in the workforce has the power to elevate an entire community. Local women, their families and community members were invited to tour our facility, meet current employees, and learn how we are working to provide Better Care for a Better World.

Our Sricity, India facility’s environment is clean and safe for women, and has achieved 50% gender diversity amongst its workforce and gained widespread community support and gratitude by creating unprecedented opportunities to empower women.

Neenah, Wisconsin, U.S.A

Shelly, the plant manager at our Neenah Cold Spring facility in Wisconsin, U.S.A., was named a 2023 Women MAKE Award Honoree by the Manufacturing Institute - the workforce development and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers - NAM .

Shelly leads our largest adult and feminine care product manufacturing facility in the U.S.A. and is being honored alongside other women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers across all levels of the industry.
