In this role, you will:

Provide detailed analytical support and consultation to the Global Benefits team as part of a Center of Excellence (COE). The incumbent will perform analysis and system administration related to our benefit and wellbeing programs, data analysis, reporting and systems management. As a collaborative team player, this incumbent will support analysis to drive insights to ensure K-C attracts, retains and rewards our talent in line with our Reward Philosophy. This role will receive general instruction and guidance while using independent discretion to resolve a variety of issues.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide analytical services for various global benefit programs and projects to ensure their objectives are carried out in an effective and timely manner. This will include data management, audits, reporting, and interaction with global reward team members.  Provide ad hoc as well as self-directed reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, issues, etc.

  • Support annual and as required, periodic updates to K-C’s benefits database, support analytics to drive global benefit initiatives.

  • Manage the invoicing and recharge process of the global EAP and other programs

  • Collaborate with the global Reward teams and Talent business partners to schedule wellbeing webinars in conjunction with our EAP provider

  • Drive the development and manage updates of our internal intranet page on wellbeing support

  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed in a timely manner.

  • Participate in process improvement activities with people solutions associated with leveraging data and technology.

  • Collaborate and work in conjunction with the North America benefits team as required

  • Other projects as assigned.

  • 2+ years of compensation and benefit analysis experience or related experience

  • Demonstrated analytical and PC skills in performance of complex analysis and modeling

  • Knowledge & experience with Workday, preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Critical Skills/Qualifications

  • A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned projects.

  • Must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple systems including Workday

  • Excellent Excel skills are necessary

  • Excellent communication skills are necessary, including with global teams

  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
