Download PDFLet’s face it, when it comes to careers, where you start will have a huge impact on where you go. That’s why it’s important to think about the work you’ll do within a company that has brought the world some incredible brands. Start there and you’ll have opportunities to work on billion-dollar brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Kotex® and Scott®. These trusted brands are an indispensable part of life for people around the world. And that includes your contributions from day one. You’ll help create and support products that help individuals experience more of what’s important to them. There’s never been a better time for you to discover a higher purpose and opportunities to lead. Help us create Better Care for a Better World.
As you begin your career or make a significant career change, we offer two experiences in multiple disciplines – an internship or co-op.
We offer internship opportunities in the following areas:
An internship is a short-term, career-based learning experience that exposes you to our work environment and workplace expectations. Our competitively-paid, full-time internships will typically last 10-12 weeks in the summer. You’ll gain business acumen, stretch your skills and enjoy exposure to many different areas. Given the short duration of the internship experience, you’ll need to be prepared to build relationships quickly and maintain your focus on building your network in the time you have.
We offer Co-Op opportunities in the following areas:
A cooperative education role (Co-Op) is an in-depth and extensive work experience that is often completed opposite traditional academic studies on a full-time basis in the spring and fall semesters. These roles will take you to locations you may have never considered and will challenge you to do your best every day. Typically, you would complete one Co-Op term during your college experience, though some of our programs offer two or more Co-Op terms. This is a fully immersive experience that allows you to truly explore a career path. You will roll up your sleeves and dive deep on large projects, and you’ll be integrated within a team. This work positions you more competitively for full-time, permanent roles as you build your skills and network. Adding Co-Op terms to your college experience may delay your graduation date – check with your academic advisor as some academic programs include Co-Op as part of the academic experience – though you’ll know the time spent in a Co-Op will be the catalyst for your career. Consider this your take off point.
