In this role you will be responsible for the GBS commercial excellence department. This department offers solutions and services from the GBS to the sales teams and business units that make commercial operations more efficient. This role will be play as business partner and trusted advisor to the commercial teams through a culture of continuous improvement, standardization and centralization.

In this role you will also:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the commercial teams and Business Units (BU) management by providing continuous improvement support.

  • Contribute to the execution of activities that optimize business processes.

  • Develop and maintain governance for the use of new systems, enhancements, SOPs, and Policies ensuring alignment with KC commercial strategy and CFIs.

  • Help ensure process alignment between BUs, DTS, GBS, Regional commercial teams, Trademarketing, Regional Finance teams and Global RGM initiatives.

  • Drive the team to deliver greater value in current processes through new tools, analysis and insights with available data.

  • Start the implementation within the department of model generation and data analysis projects with the purpose of using them in business strategies.

  • Lead improvement projects and future migrations.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field. Master on business analytics or data science is a plus.

  • 10+ years of professional work experience in the field of business intelligence, research and/or Information Technology.

  • 5+ years of experience in team management.

  • Expertise in budget management and resource planning, as well as, sales or trademarketing positions.

  • Advanced English knowledge.

  • Strong understanding of logical data flow and data structures to effectively lead architectural decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
