In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Audit the service provided by the shared services vendor, generating improvement proposals and working on process enhancements.
• Ensure proper compliance with the benefits granted by the company.
• Standardize processes aligned with the subregions.
• Deliver payroll reports on time and with quality.
• Keep processes updated and mapped according to the legislation of each country and internal policies.
• Comply with established SLAs for each process and manage metrics.
• Handle all tasks related to vacation administration for the countries managed.
• Support the HR department with reports such as vacation tracking and others.
• Provide local physical support in Santa Clara, Puente Piedra, and Miraflores when necessary, such as collecting documents, communicating with employees, conducting training sessions, etc.
