In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Audit the service provided by the shared services vendor, generating improvement proposals and working on process enhancements.
- Ensure proper compliance with the benefits granted by the company.
- Standardize processes aligned with the subregions.
- Deliver payroll reports on time and with quality.
- Keep processes updated and mapped according to the legislation of each country and internal policies.
- Comply with established SLAs for each process and manage metrics.
- Handle all tasks related to vacation administration for the countries managed.
- Support the HR department with reports such as vacation tracking and others.
- Provide local physical support in Santa Clara, Puente Piedra, and Miraflores when necessary, such as collecting documents, communicating with employees, conducting training sessions, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
- More than 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience working in mills is preferred
- Ability to analyze metrics.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
