We are recruiting for a OTC Trade Promotion Management Consultant to join our Order to Cash EMEA team. As a part of the TPM experts community you will become a main point of contact to support and drive issue resolution, cost efficiency and process improvements/system enhancements initiatives within Pricing and Rebates. You will take responsibility of providing day-to-day business support in the area of P&R and Trade Promotion Management, you will have a chance to liaise with stakeholders across many markets and play a vital role in strategic projects to ensure Kimberly Clark Business can execute with excellence.
This is a great role that requires an in-depth knowledge of SAP pricing and rebates and Trade Promotion Management processes and functionalities with the individual being able to manage time effectively, putting the customer at the forefront of what they do and able to prioritise their workload based on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To develop and document process and system training materials, plus deliver training sessions to key end users to drive improvement in capability for projects and day to day work across the business.

To initiate Continuous improvement activities with process and project teams, identify and drive best practices and ensure adherence to standardized European processes.

Analyze complex end to end P&R and Trade Promotion Management processes; initiate and lead projects to standardize, optimize and improve TPM business processes

To maintain strong working relationships with internal customers, DTS business partners and external business partners

To initiate and lead high profile projects that are often broad scope/complex and require the management of multiple inter-dependencies and senior stakeholders

Support the OTC Pricing & Rebates teams and wider business to ensure system and process issues are resolved in a timely manner

Represent Trade Promotion Management Team in different forums involving key stakeholders such as Logistics, Sales, Finance.

Proven professional experience in Pricing & Rebates, or Sales Support or other OTC department area is a must

Strong communicator with experience of influencing stakeholders and management.

Formal project leadership training with strong track record of delivering high profile projects on time and on budget

Strong system knowledge and experience (especially in P&R and TPM functionalities)

Commercial awareness and understanding of gross to net P&L movements and implications on business metrics

In depth knowledge of OTC wider processes

Strong analytical skills

In-depth knowledge of SAP is essential as well as an understanding of the end-to-end process implications

Fluent English (minimum C1 level) is required
