In this role, you will:

  • Develop, manage, and sustain a profitable brand / brand portfolio.

  • Support Senior Brand Manager in executing key strategic portfolio performance and growth through ATL programs, sampling, digital, and BTL execution.

  • New Product Development (NPI): Manage the project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Brand Strategy Review: Provide input into the brand strategy review (situational analysis) while working closely with the EM regional team.

  • Annual Brand Plans: Develop annual brand plans considering category, brand, consumer, and customer priorities and objectives.

  • Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP): Responsible for the IMP, briefing, and guiding agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

  • Creative Development: Support the team in the creative development process for all “Above the line” communication with the advertising agency. Provide input into media planning and spend.

  • Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing specialist to ensure First Party Data, consumer engagement, and other digital campaigns meet key performance indicators.

  • BTL Activities: Partner with Shopper Marketing & Category teams to manage all “Below the line” activities, including sampling, activations, Point of Sale, and launches for specific brand portfolios.

  • Consumer & Shopper Insights: Develop appropriate consumer and shopper insights, ensuring these insights, channel, and POP opportunities are incorporated into all strategies and plans.

  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and evaluate all brand and trade initiatives to ensure business results are achieved and brand equity is maintained.

  • Compliance: Ensure all business management standards, processes, and procedures are applied and adhered to, in line with CFI’s and KC corporate compliance.

  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Manage cross-functional relationships to deliver marketing objectives, including collaboration with Global & EMEA regional teams, R&D, Commercial, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain, as well as agencies.

  • Data Evaluation: Evaluate data, marketing, and competitor information from various sources, including sales performance, promotion performance, and market analyses (e.g., Nielsen).

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-year bachelor’s degree / IMM Diploma.

  • Post-graduate degree beneficial.

  • 1-3 years of continuous job experience as Junior Brand Manager or Brand Manager, managing projects, preferably in FMCG.

  • Critical exposure to and understanding of P&L and ROI.

  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and deliver business results.
