In this role you will support our Supply Chain functions across Western & Central Europe (WCE). This role will act as a key liaison between Finance and Supply Chain teams (Distribution, Procurement, Planning, and Cost Transformation), providing financial insights, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Financial Business Partner to all Supply Chain functions -Distribution, Procurement CT team & Planning.
- Project analysis & implementation.
- Lead the financial consolidation, analysis & reporting of Cost transformation results across all levers.
- Cost Transformation Quarterly Forecasting.
- Stakeholder Management & 3rd Party service provider interaction.
- Provide tactical analysis and guidance in key decisions.
- Plan, prepare and present the Annual & Quarterly Distribution budgets ensuring all changes in the Supply Chain costs are reflected and highlighted to the business.
- Preparation, analysis and evaluation of Capital appropriations and Operating Leases applicable to Supply Chain.
- Ensure that the Distribution Cost model is continuously updated with business operational changes.
- Ensure accurate and meticulous tracking of approved budgets for Supply Chain and reporting on Regional reports.
- Quarterly calculation and submission of Transfer Pricing
- Participate in local System and Process Developments, evaluating controls and systems process issues as well as SOX testing and internal control compliance testing.
- Ensure application of established corporate financial controls (CFI’s) within the Supply Chain area of responsibility by the effective implementation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.
- Advocate LEAN business practices, driving out waste through the use of LEAN problem solving tools, practices and standard work across mill and wider mill analysis community.
- Optimization of processes within supply chain utilizing the shared service center.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with capital investment analysis and lease accounting.
- Familiarity with Transfer Pricing and international financial regulations is advantage.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed, international environment.
- Fluent in English.
