Position Description

This position will lead a Supply Planning team responsible for both tactical and mill planning portfolios, providing team members with tactical direction and support. 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
·Manage and lead a team of planners with portfolios split across strategic, tactical and mill planning for in house produced products as well as bought in goods.  Team cluster to include 3 mills
·Deliver target customer service across the Israel IFP region
·Manage the development and execution of Israel inventory management strategies and tools required to achieve the agreed business objectives for both Inventory and service
·Ensure raw & semi finished material stock management at the mills in line with target stock levels
·Support promotional activities across the region
·Drive supply chain collaboration alongside Demand Planning Leader with Cluster/region affiliates including service, availability, communication of EMEA portfolio and planning change execution
·Provide support for statistically managed inventory process (SMI) and activities required to deliver annual year on year inventory reductions
·Be an influential leader within Product Supply and functional resources toward driving best practice and standardized S&OP planning processes

Leadership Competencies / Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc or equivalent)
·Strong interpersonal skills, able to motivate a team, influence members and leaders of other teams, and comfortable communicating upwards to a senior management level
·Previous leadership experience is desirable
·Prior experience in supply chain, particularly in planning is essential
·Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-changing environment
·Ability to influence and shape decisions across the functions and with senior management
·Excellent communication skills
·A positive, enthusiastic and motivated team player who is able to work with a variety of individuals and cross-functional teams to take initiatives to problem solve
