Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of Family Care brands in Italy?
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive growth, innovation, and brand excellence across our Family Care categories in Italy!
In this role you’ll be re responsible for the Annual Brand Plan (ABP) and brand equity targets by leveraging consumer insights, innovation, and strategic executions.
You will collaborate with the regional Brand Managing team to build commercial programs and brand support.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sustainable growth, increase market share, and enhance brand penetration.
Innovation & Portfolio Management
- Manage the local product portfolio. Define and track local brand and innovation KPIs (e.g., market share, brand equity) to ensure performance against targets.
- Partner with the EMEA and Growth team to strengthen the innovation pipeline and deliver impactful creative content.
- Champion local market needs through in-depth analysis of data and consumer insights.
- Work closely with the EMEA FC Project Manager to ensure effective execution of the IMF process, including business case development and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Category and Sales teams to activate key innovations and commercial programs.
Brand Activation
- Lead local activation initiatives
- Deliver strategic media and content plans in partnership with the Integrated Marketing and Growth teams, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with business goals.
Operational Efficiency & Capability Building
- Support the implementation of Design to Value initiatives to drive sustainable margin expansion.
- Contribute to marketing capability development and talent growth.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of results delivery and stakeholder management at the country and/or regional level.
- Track record in leading strategic portfolio development and brand activation.
- Proficiency in brand foundational and equity building competencies - leveraging consumer insights, positioning, innovation, in market execution and metric tracking.
- Strategic thinking, maintaining clarity of purpose, with a focus on the development and implementation of actionable plans.
- Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&Ls and budgets.
- High levels of organisation and structure.
- Excellent communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills.
- Highly collaborative, with ability to build strong relationships and trust across different functions, levels and cultures.
- Ability to drive agility whilst respecting WOW processes.
- People management, including ability to give clear priorities to the team.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
