Kimberly-Clark Poland Sp Zo.o. is looking for an Account Manager Northern Europe who will be responsible for budgeted sales and new business targets in the Northern Europe (Poland, Baltics and Ukraine), in a B2B environment. You will manage a portfolio of assigned channels, retaining and growing associated business in selected segments through best-in-class customer management and in line with the KCP Go-to-Market strategy.
Whilst the role is home-based, occasional in field customer activity may be required. We are flexible in considering the right work set-up for you and are happy to discuss this during the selection process.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the territory portfolio of distributors and end users and use territory planning to develop annual plans to deliver on sales targets.

Execute and monitor business plan / business performance monthly with distributors and team leader to ensure objectives are met.

Maintain strong customer records within Salesforce (CRM) by following standard work process

Develop and maintain strong knowledge in KC processes, products and channels

Partner with internal teams such as Regional Customer Management Team, Channel Management, Regional Marketing

You posses proven experience in B2B sales, Channel Management, National Accounts or Inside Sales

You are an excellent communicator with strong negotiation & conflict management skills.

You possess business planning experience

You are fluent in Polish & English written and spoken (C1 level required)

You are able to make decisions independently in a timely manner & you possess problem solving skills and attention to details

You have the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast pace environment

You are Microsoft office required, SFDC experience preferred but not essential
