In this role:
- Improve the capability of talent by leveraging our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence partners (Talent Intelligence, Talent Acquisition Enablement and Talent Marketing) via leading talent intelligence, targeted talent marketing initiatives and operational excellence.
- Influence the business units resourcing budget outcome by avoiding agency usage, through direct candidate sourcing (referrals, pipelining and talent pools)
- Source exceptional talent through targeted/deliberate/intentional sourcing strategies. This could include working with our Talent Intelligence team to identify some high value target companies for hunting talent to allow you to build talent pools for critical roles.
- Establish influential relationships with senior business executives, stakeholders understand their Business and Talent needs and provide them with advice on recruiting strategies for strategic capabilities
- Coach more junior members of the team on Kimberly-Clark Ways of Working
- Influence the Hiring managers in our Diversity agenda
- Drive the focus on establishing correct sourcing strategies to ensure that we are creating talent pipelines, and identifying quality candidates to deliver quality recruitment services for the business
- Ensure candidate and hiring manager experience is central to what we do and proactively monitored
- Leverage data, metrics and external market insights to drive decisions and results with hiring managers and Business partners
- Collaborate with the larger Kimberly-Clark recruiting team to deliver key projects aligned to our strategic priorities
- Ensure your team proactively builds and maintains talent pools for critical roles delivering an excellent candidate experience and promoting Kimberly-Clark talent brand
- Manage relationships with external resource/peer organizations and to identify and understand recruitment and market trends
- Complete compliance with Workday Data Integrity

In one of our Talent Acquisition Partner roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Extensive Recruitment experience in Israel
- Experience in the deployment of traditional and contemporary talent attraction strategies
- Exemplary communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills (English)
- Ability to identify issues and deploy appropriate remediation programs
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining influential relationships across management and non-management levels
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
