When you meet Danish M., it’s hard not to be inspired. In an interview with Danish, we quickly learned he was a curious child with a keen interest in science and technology; he followed technology trends from an early age and wanted to pursue a career in STEM. He says his father was his inspiration for leading him to a rewarding career in the tech industry, having worked with four global organizations in the last twelve years.

In search of more learning opportunities, Danish joined Kimberly-Clark in 2018 as a Solution Architect in IT Service Management, and in 2022 he was promoted to the role of Service Manager in Digital Operations. Currently, he works as the Senior Manager in IT Operational Excellence. Danish expressed pride in a particular project where application support was transitioned for more than 1000+ Kimberly-Clark applications from one partner to another in a record 3-months time.

“The best part about working here is that I can balance my personal and professional life without compromising either. The people and culture have been amazing here,” he states.Danish enjoys driving cultural and employee engagement initiatives at our Global Digital Technology Center in Bengaluru, India, which have motivated him to stay connected with colleagues even while working fully remotely during the pandemic.

He further appreciates Kimberly-Clark’s caring culture that supports employee growth and career advancement. Danish mentions that he and his teammates have been attending regular tech talks on trending technology topics that help them stay up to date with the latest developments and trends. In addition, he has been engaging with the global talent team who have provided him with multiple internal and external self-learning tools, including a digital tool where employees can choose their own growth path, continue learning, and measure if they have achieved their growth objectives for the year. He also receives constant feedback from his peers and leaders to help him measure his progress.
