Nobuhle started her journey in May 2023 on a fixed-term contract as an in-service trainee in electrical engineering. Fast forward a year, and she successfully completed her training in May 2024. But that wasn’t the end, her hard work and dedication earned her a six-month extension as a shift electrical technician intern. By November 2024, she landed a permanent role as a Shift Electrical Technician. She's focused on leveling up and encourages other to “...show initiative, work hard, don’t be afraid to ask for help, be punctual, and be able to adapt to different situations.”

When asked about her proudest achievement at Kimberly-Clark, Nobuhle didn’t hesitate to mention that being part of an installation project was a game-changer for her. It was her first time working on such a big project, and the fact that it was a smooth success with no major issues was a win for her and the team. She credits Kimberly-Clark’s values for pushing her forward, giving her the confidence and support to tackle challenges head-on.

One of the things Nobuhle loves most about her role is the freedom it gives her.
