Alexis “Lexi” R. is well-known throughout our Neenah Cold Spring facility (Wisconsin, USA). Her fun and bubbly personality shines as she walks down the hallways saying hello to everyone by name.
Lexi joined the team back in 2019 as an entry-level operator and within two years was promoted to operations excellence change agent.
“I look for ways to make operators’ jobs safer, simpler and easier, and to get them the resources that they need in a timely manner,” she explains. “I’m free to help multiple people and machines and not just focus on one.”
People focused, Lexi likes helping to recruit new team members and develop new outreach strategies.
“Valuing Kimberly-Clark’s goal to Grow Our People, I’ve been able to assist in new hire interviews and participate in different campaigns,” she points out. “We recently started walk-in interviews and site tours to bring in more talent as well as monthly farmers market booths. I hope to make Kimberly-Clark a desirable place to work.”
